We are looking for an Operations Executive who will assist in day-to-day operations of IFS India and support the ecosystem. The incumbent should be a good communicator, quick learner and have the right attitude to work in a demanding environment. Operations Executive will work with IFS Outsourcing Partner to help in filtering of CV, understand and explain JD and schedule interviews for the partner candidates with IFS hiring managers. The candidate will also assist in collection of data and updating recruitment tracker. The candidate will report to the IFS India Operations Lead.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Engagement with external contractor management team on a day-to-day basis to support hiring/onboarding activities.
• Ensure that all necessary process and procedure is followed for recruitment and onboarding, working with IFS CoS and Procurement as is necessary.
• Take appropriate actions at contract end dates, to renew/extend or confirm completeness and subsequent offboarding of resources. Ensure that all appropriate offboarding activities are completed at contract completion.
• Prepare and provide reports and management information with regards to status/volumes with regards to Contractor engagements.
• Support billing lifecycle for external contractor management team
• Requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• A true team-player focusing on creating long term value for the team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Work ethic based on a strong desire to fulfil expectations in a highly dynamic work culture
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Work effectively individually or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with great interpersonal skills.
• Experience from working in an international and matrix organization, across multiple time-zones and geographies will be an added advantage.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Freshers with good command over written and verbal communication
