Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand
2. Supervise kitchen employees, and delivery riders and organize delivery/takeaway food orders
3. Manage and assign deliveries with details of coordinates, time, order items, etc. to respective riders
4. Oversee the food preparation and cooking process
5. Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments
6. Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized
7. Maintain weekly and monthly cost reports
8. Handle inquiry calls, messages, and digital presence in a proper way that can represent and build the brand
+. Create SOPs and make sure everything is manageable in a smooth manner
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field and passionate about food
2. 0-3 years of experience
3. Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-management abilities
6. Outstanding communication and organizational skills
7. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and organizational abilities
