Operations Executive – Job Description
Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all departments and business functions and achieve organizational goals.
Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Managing projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks and details.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, employees, and partners.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build partnerships with other businesses to create new opportunities for growth
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact.
Oversee smooth and timely delivery of all services.
Managing team’s productivity, Discipline, Attendance and Performance. Handle Customer Escalations and Effectively Resolve Issues.
Coordinating with the internal team members and maintaining good relations. Monthly payment follow-ups.
Handling office administrative work.
Also handling work as and when required. SKILLS Required Communication, Decision Making, Problem solving, Critical thinking.

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
