At The Imperial, we're looking for an Executive Pastry Chef professional who can demonstrate passion for excellence and has a hands on approach in bakery and patisserie, ensuring exceptionally superior quality, presentation and consistency to meet standards of an iconic luxury hotel. He/She should be highly creative in menu planning, modifications and proofing for special events while managing teams and adhering to the safety policies and values of the organization, as defined.
