Job Description:

Kusum Healthcare Pvt Ltd in New Delhi is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive in Pharmacovigilance and Medical Records. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the pharmacovigilance team by conducting non-clinical literature searches, drafting toxicology documents, and updating Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). You will also play a critical role in ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) case processing and contribute to the safety and compliance efforts within Kusum Healthcare Pvt Ltd.

This position is ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in pharmacovigilance, are skilled in medical writing, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct non-clinical literature searches to gather relevant data for pharmacovigilance activities.
• Draft and update toxicology documents, including toxicology reports of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and safety reports of excipients for Kusum Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
• Regularly update and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform weekly literature searches to stay informed of the latest developments in pharmacovigilance and toxicology.
• Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) by accurately documenting and analyzing adverse events.
• Collaborate with the pharmacovigilance team to draft and review safety-related documents and reports.
• Ensure that all pharmacovigilance activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all pharmacovigilance activities.
• Assist in the preparation of safety data for regulatory submissions and audits.
• Demonstrate adaptability, time management, and self-management skills to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, medical writing, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, including ICSR case processing and safety report documentation.
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to conduct thorough literature searches and analyze scientific data.
• Proficiency in drafting toxicology documents, MSDS, and other safety-related reports.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members at Kusum Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
