Responsibilities
• Closing new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market within India and abroad
• Working with pre-qualified opportunities as well as self-generated leads
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Constantly reviewing the pipeline, targets, and adapting the approach
• Demonstrating products to prospective clients
• Negotiating agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM
Qualifications
• Medium to extensive closing experience in B2B sales is a must (preferably in fintech / banking / financial services / regtech)
• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and passionate with willingness to go above and beyond
• Experience in a startup sales setting is a plus
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Comfortable with sales tech including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Pipedrive.
• Ability to generate own leads and relationships
• Highly numerate with ability to define and deliver pipeline metrics and KPIs
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Fast learner
