v Job Profile/Responsibilities:
Ø Assist in developing and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with senior engineers and project managers.
Ø Prepare project documentation including progress reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
Ø Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of materials and services.
Ø Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the project team and management.
Ø Identify and assess project risks, assist in developing risk mitigation strategies, and implement appropriate controls.
Ø Provide technical support to the project team, including assisting with design reviews, resolving technical issues, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards.
1. Essential Skills
A bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation or electrical) or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications or training programs may also be considered.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze technical data, interpret engineering drawings, and solve problems effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), project management tools, MS Project / Primavera and other software applications relevant to the industry.
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project deliverables.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
