l Maintain & develop internal sales and store sales quality standards.
l Assess sales team interactions based on internal standards
l Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedbacks
l Analyse all customer sales metrics and how the sales team’s performance affect those KPIs
l Create strategies to improve support KPIs
l Map the need for training
