Analytical API -
1. Sound Practical Knowledge of HPLC method development, method validation for Assay and Related substance of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API).
2. Characterization of newly synthesized drug substance (Intermediate in-process materials, Stability study samples, Unknowns for identification or confirmation.
3. Finalisation of API and its intermediate specification and method of analysis & Knowledge and practical exposure of technology Transfer of entire projects
4. Sound practical knowledge of FTIR, NMR and Liquid chromatography Mass Spectrometry & Gas chromatography mass spectroscopy. Polymorphic form identification of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient.
5. Preparation and review of characterization report with appropriate scientific justification. Writing/reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), STPs and Specification.
