End-to-end recruitment Process.
Working with Job Boards like, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to
source Candidates
Recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities to include, but not be limited
to: market research (i.e., job fairs, job boards, etc.)
Identifying candidate sources, cold calling, recruiting calls
Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry
Make contact with our existing database of candidates
Utilize social media to develop new leads
Utilize job boards and other online resources
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates as appropriate for positions throughout the
company using behavioral interviewing techniques
Maintain applicant tracking system by keeping applicant and job data current and up-to-date
according to established procedures
Determine applicant suitability by utilizing Diversified Solutions qualification standards
(interviewing applicants, organize technical interviews, analyzing responses, and drive
internal hiring process)
Working on the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 10++/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
