About the Role :
We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our business. As our C-Level Recruiter, you will identify and recruit top-level executives to join our referral and advisory boards.
You will build and manage relationships with C-level executives in our target industries and work with our business development and marketing teams to drive growth and build our brand.
You will also help manage partnership channels and build a solid C-level community.

Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for C-level executives.
• Identify and recruit top-level executives to join our referral and advisory boards.
• Build and manage relationships with C-level executives in our target industries.
• Partner with business development and marketing teams to drive growth and build our brand.
• Embody and uphold our company values and inspire others to do the same.
Qualifications :
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting in a startup ecosystem
• Experience with international hiring
• Proven track record of building and managing relationships with C-level executives
• Experience in partnership channel management and community building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for innovation, collaboration, and community building
