Sales & Operations1. Monitors operations on daily basis along with the Store Operations Manager.2. Ensure sufficient stock levels of Raw materials, Packet teas, food & other consumables. 3. Work towards optimizing store operations. 4. Support Area Manager in finding & opening / managing new locations.5. Trains staff in effective Operation sales .6. Manages and increases the sales in coordination with Area Retail Operations Manager7. Closely and daily monitoring the staff from the vendor and make sure of the smooth Lounge operations8. Closely manages the Food Vendor for the food and quality of Food+. Coordinates and will be responsible to upkeep of store for all repairs and maintenance of the store.10. Will coordinates for all the vendors (Food, equipment,Printer,etc) related issues11. Manages both side with Vendor and Corporate office for Payment of the Vendors12. All the Collection of Bills and Monitoring the Bills with DC's will be done by him/her13.Daily Sales Report will be done before 11 amB. Performance Monitoring1. Implements, maintains and manages an effective system of controls throughout the Vertical, covering non-financial as well as financial controls.C. Guest Relations1. To ensure, through team, that guests are being updated on the latest offers and festivals.2. To ensure that customer feedback is being taken and analysed. Any queries must be resolved and errant guests be pacified.3. Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed and satisfactorily resolved.D. People Management1.
