As a key member of our team at Mr n Mrs Pet, you will play a vital role in connecting people with their perfect furry friends. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization that aims to make pet parenting simple and stress-free.
Responsibilities
• Engage in conversations with potential pet parents through calls, emails, and chats to understand their needs and preferences.
• Guide them in selecting the ideal pet, whether it's a dog, cat, or even a charming guinea pig.
• Achieve sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.
• Stay organized, prioritize tasks, and ensure every customer feels valued and supported.
• Solve problems efficiently, handling any issues with a positive attitude.
Requirements
• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales, customer service, or a similar field where communication is key.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work comfortably with computers, and willingness to learn new tools (bonus points if experienced with CRMs).
• Attitude: A people-person who enjoys helping others and can adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including six days a week with varying offs.
• Education: High school diploma required; college credentials are a plus.
