only from BPO (Non-Voice) Industry A business development executive, who can generate business requirements and meet business revenue expectations through hunting in global market with various resources and understanding the needs of market, sending RFP and RFQ and he should be able to negotiate and build customer relations to achieve the desired targets. He should have in depth knowledge of non-Voice BPO industry Job Duties: - Contacting New/Existing customers to understand their requirements and their expectations. - Negotiate on price and discuss on service agreement. - Provide solution according to clients’ needs. - Acquiring new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. - Build strong network/relationship with international clients. - _ Post_ proposal follow-up with client. - Exploring new areas and scope of business development. Qualifications and Skills: - 1- 2 years of working experience in international sales - MBA/PGDBA in Marketing / International sales from reputed institute. - Technical academic background like BCA / B.Sc. (Computers) / B.Tech. (Computers) / GNIIT, etc. is necessary. - Excellent verbal communication especially confident in understanding American accent. - Having good communication, proven presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
