Job Description :
As our Executive - Sales Administration & MIS, you will play a critical role in driving our B2B sales and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales administration and management information system (MIS). You will be reporting to director of business and work closely with the sales team, the finance team, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents. You will also be responsible for generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights that help to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with the sales team, finance team, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to sales administration and MIS.
• Develop and maintain a sales database and management information system (MIS) that provides accurate and timely information on sales performance, customer trends, and other key metrics.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer trends, and other key metrics, and provide insights that help to drive sales growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales administration and MIS.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with sales team members, finance team members, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all sales administration policies, procedures, legal requirements and build & development of SOP
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and provide insights that help to inform sales strategy and product development.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales administration, MIS, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of sales administration policies, practices, and legal requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Strong knowledge of database management and information systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database management software.
