Process: Voice
Experience: Min. 6 months experience in domestic BPO sales / customer service.
CTC: Upto 2.5 LPA
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Following are some of the basic skills and experience details we are looking at for voice executives.
1. Excellent communication
2. Flexible to work for a + hours shift within a +AM to +PM window and 1 rotational week off
3. Must have an experience of customer service and upselling
4. Must hold an experience of at least 6 to 18 months(Customer Service)
5. Fashion/Ecommerce Industry is preferable
