Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new clients in the target industries.- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.- Understand the unique requirements and needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.- Communicate effectively with clients to handle inquiries, provide product information, negotiate terms, and close sales.- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.- Coordination with overseas clients/vendors.- Timely execution of shipments.- To handle inbound and outbound cargo movements.- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.Requirements : - Bachelors Degree- Experience range : 3-5 years- Strong sales and negotiation skill along with the experience in field of Sales & Marketing from Export Industry- Knowledge of using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.- Prior experience in the readymade garment industry will be an advantage.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.- Comfortable with using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Knowledge of Air Sea & Road shipments- Knowledge of shipping documents- Openness to mobility/travel- Must have Knowledge - Merchant Exporters & Buying Agents (ref: updazz.com
