Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive - SAP PP with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, with the ability to coordinate cross-site requirements and support custom developments.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP S/4HANA Expertise:
Leverage substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA to support business processes, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
Production Planning & Quality Management:
Utilize strong skills in SAP PP and QM modules to enhance production efficiency and ensure quality compliance.
Requirement Coordination:
Act as a liaison between different sites to gather, evaluate, and coordinate SAP PP-related requirements. Collaborate with the ABAP team for technical support.
Master Data Management:
Maintain and manage critical data in the PP module, including Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Recipes, and Batch Management.
Custom Development & Testing:
Understand the processes involved in custom developments, perform thorough testing, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
System Integration:
Apply knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electronic Batch Manufacturing Records (eBMR), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support system integration initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong proficiency in SAP PP and QM modules.
Ability to coordinate with multiple sites for SAP-related requirements.
Solid understanding of Material Master, BOM, Routing, Recipe, and Batch Management.
Experience with custom development processes and testing in SAP environments.
Knowledge of MES, eBMR, and WMS integration is a significant advantage.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s of Engineering or Pharma Graduates
SAP certification in PP/QM modules is preferred.
