Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales and Leadership

We are on the hunt for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our sales and leadership recruitment efforts. As a strategic partner to our clients, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to drive business growth.

Your primary focus will be on managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales and leadership recruitment landscape. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and leadership positions

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team quotas and deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 2-12 years of experience in directly supporting IT Services Clients with expertise in hiring sales, business development, account management, and P&L-centric sales roles. Experience building diverse, representative pools of qualified candidates and delivering results in fast-paced environments is highly valued.
