Aidentifi is looking to expand it's global team and looking for an experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant. As a consultant, your responsibilities will include:
• Build a network of clients and candidates
• Search, identify and screen potential candidates for open mandates
• Manage and influence the hiring process to a successful closure
• Grow the business by approaching and converting new clients
• Consult clients on recruitment strategies and candidates on career growth
• Market and position Aidentifi as a strong brand in the marketplace
• Be an Ambassador for the business and create long-term goodwill
The ideal candidate will have strong academic qualifications and a mix of interests and achievements outside of work and academics. The following qualities are the must

• Intelligence with humility
• Ability to put the team and clients before self
