Job Description
Drafting and managing communication - be the first in the line to answer queries and requests from external stakeholders, and direct them to appropriate teams.
• Manage appointment/visit requests and assist with scheduling as required.
• Support the executive team with research and documentation.
• Compiling and updating reports and communication templates.
• Being up to date with the schedule of events and other happenings in Bhumi, and sharing information accordingly.
• Supporting all teams with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
• Any graduate or postgraduate
• Proven experience (1-2 years) as executive secretary or similar administrative role will be an advantage
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to speak Tamil will be an advantage
• Creativity and attention to detail in written communication
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Resourceful, responsible and self-starting with a high level of ownership
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Should be proactive and take the initiative in getting all tasks completed.

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
