Executive Secretary Qualification and Experience: - Master’s degree with minimum 03 to 05 years’ experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and other software tools such as SAP, Oracle etc. - Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics - Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Pleasant personality - Calendar management through advanced technological tools for the Vice Chancellor - Support the Vice Chancellor in preparation of meetings, while taking necessary minutes and providing post execution updates from various stakeholders to the Vice Chancellor. - Coordinate with other leadership team on-an-ongoing basis. - Effective and efficient Visitor Management for the Vice Chancellor. - Ensure appropriate calls are directed to the Vice Chancellor. - Prepare necessary documents, notes and presentation for the Vice Chancellor. - Weekly preparing the NMIMS Chronicle (Newsletter). - Maintaining the daily meetings Excel Sheet.
