Dear Candidate Greetings of the day We are Hiring forExecutive Senior Executive Assistant Manager Job Description Supervise oversee and handle daily operations in Logistics functions and Warehouse in order to maintain effective and efficient operations and coordination inbetween Ensure complete logistics fulfillment for upcoming and existing retail stores by keeping a close interaction with logistic partners in order to arrange pickup vehicles and ensure safe damage free delivery at store and handling and resolving all kind of challenges faced in this Resolve discrepancy issues post stock fulfillment by raising queries to logistics and insurance partners and follow up on it until settlement of claims Overseeing carrier selection and renewals and participating in contract negotiations and interfacing with selected carriers necessary to maintain expected levels of service Cost and performance control of logistics service providers and analyze costs and prepare reports and charts in order to achieve better cost control Responsible for managing and controlling delivery performance of external fulfillment logistics providers 3PL Analysis of increase in freight charges and seek approval from stakeholder wherever there is an additional cost impact on time bound shipments as per product and offer various options of express delivery to customers Sending weekly monthly reports to CxO level management for visibility and action plan Resolved Forward RTO and reverse logistics disputes queries Collated data of each shipment including the amount of loss of product and sent consolidated report weekly daily for visibility to management to raise claims in recovering the amount from respective courier Carried out detailed investigation in lost damaged pilferage missing shipments reported through pictures and internally aligning with team for delivery comments Identified and considered the case in respective category Coordinated with brand market place team CS team and courier team to avoid future fraudulent cases Took monetary decisions by processing liable refund to customers and also claiming from courier partners Regards HR Team
