Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Bank tie-ups with regards to Home Loans for various projects.
• Liasioning with various teams for Project approval with different banks/financial institutions.
• Finalizing multiple Home Loan schemes & payment schedules with Banks/financial institutions from time to time for various Projects.
• Also responsible for providing the cost/price per square feet to the sales team with regards to various home loan schemes & customized payment schedules.
• Responsible for the loan disbursement process.
• Keep track of referral income generated through sharing of leads to various banks/financial institutions.
• Liasioning with various departments within the organization depending upon the needs of the client & resolving them in a timely manner.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:-
Graduate with minimum 1+ Year of experience from banking, financial services.
Exposure into home loan sales & home loan disbursement cycle.
Excel & MS Office knowledge would be mandatory.
Shall be open to field work as well.
