Designation Title: Executive / Senior Executive
Department: Marketing
Band: Executive
Work Location: Base Mumbai for PAN India Operation
Overall Job Purpose
Key role is to manage all functional aspects of Marketing Activities. He /she will assist the Marketing Manager in planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Marketing operations of the organization. Specifically, the position is responsible for:
1. ATL activations, Agencies & Vendors handling, Digital Marketing.
2. Evaluation Pre & post promotions
3. Organizing campaigns and promotional activities
4. Liaison with internal/external agency for smooth execution on ground side.
5. Generate the PO for all approve activity
6. Tracking Marketing Budget Vs. Expenses
7. Coordination with Marketing and Sales team for all new launches.
8. Measure New Launch success & prepare Reports.

10. Coordination with Design team and social media Agencies
11. Coordination with marketing and sales team for all activity request.
12. Measure New Launch success and prepare reports.
13. Monitoring competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
14. Website management.
15. Managing of Brand’s social media pages.

Key Deliverable:
Support ATL, BTL, TTL Marketing ActivitiesFulfil all deadlines for Marketing Event, Promotional Activities
Knowledge:
Must have extensive knowledge of Brand Marketing OperationsMust have knowledge of Event organization & Vendor CoordinationKnowledge of managing people
Skill:
Articulate and polished communicator, able to make presentations at every level both internally and externallyResults Oriented & High level of personal integrityAttention to detail & Strong Negotiation skillsShould have good computer skills in MS office
Abilities:
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.Must have an ability to multi-taskAbility to work with people of all levels within & outside the organization
Minimum of 2-4 years (practical experience in Brand Marketing in Consumer Durable industry)

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
