Job description for Executive/ Senior Executive- Operation & Fund Accounting

Basic requirement:
1. Experience- Min 2 years of relevant experience
2. Education Qualification- Graduate/ PG in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration
3. Fluency in English speaking and drafting emails
4. Knowledge of various investment products available in Market
5. Knowledge of Stock Market operation WRT Equity , F&O and placing trade orders etc
6. Knowledge of Onboarding of PMS & AIF clients / Demat accounting opening and closing documentation, CKYC /KRA etc.
7. Knowledge of AIF Units Dematerialisation Process/ Corporate Actions etc
8. Knowledge of Various SEBI /RBI compliances
+. Knowledge of Fund Accounting and Fund Accounting software will be added advantage.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Respond/ coordinate with client for their query/ reports etc
2. Coordinate with RM across Distributors for their requirements
3. Maintaining, Managing and keeping custody of Client’s agreements and other documents - closure forms , modification forms etc. required for audit and record
4. Coordinate for approval, printing, signing and custody of Distribution agreements
5. Coordinate with Custodian for clients various requirement
6. Update Client Profile, redemptions etc and maintain MIS
7. Maintain stock of stationary related to PMS / Demat account related documentation- subscription Kit, Demat account opening forms , transaction slips, etc
8. Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS required by other department and Distributors
+. Coordination with RTA/Trustee/Professionals for filing various periodic compliance reports
10. Coordination with Auditors for Financial Reports for AIF and PMS investors
11. Send audited reports to clients after financial year ends.
12. Other functions related to client and distributor support from time to time
