Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Accounts
Location: Mumbai - Corporate Office

Job Purpose
The Executive – Accounts ensures smooth financial operations by managing cash and banking transactions, vendor coordination, compliance, and administrative support. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity and supporting organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily cash transactions with accuracy and accountability.
Document deposits, withdrawals, cheques, and payments.
Operate ENET/online banking systems and coordinate with bankers.
Monitor cash flow to support business operations.
Liaise with vendors for timely payments and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with taxes and financial regulations.
Support audits with required documentation.
Perform data entry, filing, and record‑keeping tasks.
Prepare correspondence and maintain stakeholder communication.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3 to 4 years of experience in accounting, cash handling, and banking operations.
Exposure to ENET/online banking preferred.
Strong knowledge of taxes and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Certifications in Tally, GST, or Excel specialization are an advantage.
