Roles And Responsibilities
Candidate will be based at Mumbai Cooperate office and handle Purchases of capex and Engineering items for pharma Formulation unit
• Candidate will be responsible for purchase of pharmaceuticals Machineries , Utilities items for multiple plants and also existing new ongoing projects Expansion.
• Candidate will be responsible for procurement of CAPEX, OPEX, MRO & SERVICES for multi-location.
• Candidate will be responsible for managing complete procurement process from processing of Indent and complete cycle of Procurement to Pay.
• 2. He will be responsible for vendor development and Vendor Audit.
• 3. Can will closely work with plant project team / Maintenance Head for their requirements.
• 4. Candidate should be good in understating the technical requirements, Parameters of engineering equipment's and Spares
• 5. You will closely work with project consultant and accordingly work on procurement's.
• 6. You should be good in negotiation skills and cost saving and ensure timely delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidate with Bachelors degree in engineering.with 7 to 8 years of experience in Purchase of Pharma machinery and Utilites items for pharma formulations multiple units.
• You should be good in understating all technical and parameters engineering items and requirements from plant locations
• You should be good in vendor development, Vendor audit and explaining them companies requirement of pharmaceuticals machinery and spares,utilities items
• You will ensure cost saving through effective negotiation and timely delivery
• You should be good in close co- ordination with plant Head and Technical Consultant
