Expertise and experience in recruiting all technical or blue collar positions at all levels, including positions such as site supervisor, electrical engineer, project manager, project coordinator, quantity surveyor, and others.
Responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, scheduling interviews online or offline, negotiating, issuing offer letters, and joining.
Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and search engines for locating relevant resumes and data bases
Excellent communication skills.
