Position : Executive Stores

Job Location : Serampore, Howrah (West Bengal)

Education & Experience : Any Graduate with 5-6 yrs exp in Store inventory (Factory experience must)

Job responsibilities:

• Inventory management: Overseeing the storage, distribution, and inventory of materials. This includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and conducting checks.

• Procurement: Obtaining quotes from vendors, comparing them, and uploading requisitions for approval.

• Coordination : Coordinating with procurement and production, as well as with suppliers and delivery managers.

• Record keeping: Maintaining records of calibration, fuel, consumables, and transferred merchandise.

• Reporting: Preparing reports on sales performance and material consumption.

• Compliance : Ensuring compliance with vendor codes, vendor registration, and VAT certificates.

• Store maintenance : Maintaining the storage conditions of the bonded, quarantine, and tool stores.

• Store reconciliation: Preparing monthly store reconciliation statements.

Salary: 5Lakhs(No bar for right candidates)
