Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Stores Executive.The Store Executive will need to develop, evaluate, and improve Warehouse Procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
To improve on incoming materials with proper tagging & counting.
Day to day clearance of Goods receipt Notes.
Release daily critical stock & final goods stock report.
To keep minimum stock according to production plan.
Material movement for Job work & reconciliation for stock variance.
Responsible for incoming & outgoing check.
Month to month physical checks & eliminates differences as per ABC classification.
Smooth material flow monitoring for production lines as per production orders.
Responsible for Packing material availability
To reduce labor cost & inventory.
No error in daily material issue to production line.
Managing resources for daily routine working shift planning.
EXIM knowledge for daily warehouse operations.
Able to face external Audits.
Bookkeeping of all the entries.
Document submission & retention.
Background & Skills
Education
• Any Graduation / DME
Experience
• 6-8 Years
Specialized knowledge
• Good knowledge of ABC Analysis & Safety rules.
SAP Knowledge & Operating Skills Required.
Operational knowledge of warehousing systems.
Knowledge of EXIM required for warehouse operations.
Personal Attributes
• Possess supervisory skills. Possess good communication skills. An organized & flexible Team facilitator with proven ability to work and adapt to challenging and demanding environment.
Manage The Team With Skills Set As Required.
Self-driven, multi-tasking abilities.
Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures.
