Job Title: Legal & Strategy Executive
Role Summary:
To support the company’s legal compliance, contract management, and corporate strategy initiatives, ensuring risk control and smooth business operations across group entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in legal and regulatory compliance for all group companies.
Draft, review, and coordinate contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and agreements.
Support ROC filings, board documentation, and corporate records.
Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and authorities.
Assist in trademark, IP, royalty, and inter-company structuring.
Support business strategy, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
Monitor legal risks and ensure proper documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
