Job Title: Executive- Supply Chain Management

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Supply Chain Management to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics coordination, inventory planning, vendor management, and distribution processes to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely supply.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in alignment with demand forecasts.
• Logistics & Transportation Management
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Manage freight negotiations, shipping documentation, and customs coordination (if applicable).
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Monitor transportation costs and optimize routing and freight utilization.
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
• Implement inventory control processes and conduct periodic audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of materials.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain accuracy in stock records.
• Supply Chain Planning& Coordination
• Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to forecast demand.
• Develop supply plans aligned with production and sales requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports and supply chain performance metrics.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement, shipping, and inventory transactions.
• Support audits and internal process reviews.
Preferred Skill:
• Experience in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Proficiency in inventory management and optimization
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Candidates with knowledge in working with GST, ICEGATE, Shipping procedure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ experience, (Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain)
