Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide confidential, high-level executive support to the Board Secretary and Executive team. The Executive Support Officer role is integral to our organisation and requires an understanding of corporate governance responsibilities and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing and conducting meetings in alignment with governance frameworks, preparing Board reports, business cases, and presentations, coordinating workshops, and deputising as required.

This position plays a crucial role in the daily operations and involves close collaboration with the Executive team and Senior Leadership team. You will play a key role in coordinating projects aligned with the Institute’s strategic and annual operating plans, while also delivering top-tier administrative support.

Employment Opportunity: Full Time or 0.80 Part Time Ongoing

Salary: $85,+57 to $+4,105 p.a (pro-rata) plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
