Job Description
The Executive Officer to the CEO plays a vital role at AMSA, supporting the Chief Executive Officer in overseeing the management of the office and providing comprehensive executive, secretariat and project support services.
You will be responsible for:
Preparing meeting papers and minutes in a timely manner, including preparation for Executive meetings and Board meetings as required
Collating and analysing data to inform advice to the CEO on strategic and operational matters
Collaborating effectively with senior officials and AMSA staff to ensure the successful functioning of the Executive office
Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in providing high-level support to senior executive positions in a similar professional environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work autonomously
