Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Book appointments and confirm with clients.
Manage diaries and emails efficiently.
Update all office documentation accurately.
Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Assist the Operations Manager with admin tasks, project coordination and service delivery.
Respond quickly to financial emergencies and urgent demands.
Use common sense to meet client needs and build strong relationships.
Resolve client requests and issues via the service desk timely.
Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
Essential Skills
Computer literate at intermediate-advanced level, including MS Office Suite and internet.
Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service.
Experience within an administration support role.
Proactive approach to completing work tasks.
Ability to provide effective information to various individuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, prioritising workload, meeting deadlines and managing varied tasks.
