The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Capturing and processing corporate action events in a timely and accurate manner in line with service standards.
• Resolving any discrepancies by liaising effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Contributing to improving existing processes by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions to improve to improve controls, efficiencies and/or client services.
• Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
• Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and timeframes, and assigning tasks.
• Gathering, analyzing, defining and formalizing business requirements and processes into project / system specifications.
• Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
• Managing vendor relationships and deliverables.
• Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.
• Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
• Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
• Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
The Profile
Skills Required:
• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities.
• Prior experience within a startup would be a strong advantage.
• You have a solid prior experience within Finance.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You have a solid prior experience within Technology.
• You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
• You have a solid prior experience within HR.
• You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
