Looking for Talent Acquisition Executive for Front Line Bulk Hiring
Job Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar - WFO
Responsibility:
Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Conducting confidential interviews & checking references
Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
Maintain trackers & meeting scheduled delivery of resources as per planned batches.
Requirements and skills:
Proven working experience in recruiting
Deep understanding of recruitment processes
Strong knowledge of candidate's selection methods
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
