Urgent Requirement for Telesales Executive
1. Location - Sector 2,Noida, Sector 3+,Gurgaon
2. Salary - 18000 to 28000
3. Qualification - 12th pass & Graduate
4. Job Timing - Day shift
Skills Required:
5. Handling outbound and inbound calls Excellent communication (Calls/ emails) and problem-solving skill.
6. Knowledge of writing emails and call handling Candidates who have completed graduation course 1- 2 years' experience in customer service
7. You have at least 6 months of experience ideally in Telesales within the Telecommunications industry.
8. Experience in Sales Training would be a strong advantage.

Your Responsibilities will include:
- Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince, and sell the company's products and services.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately record details of customers- purchase orders and process customer purchases
- Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow up to ensure action has been taken have good communication skills.
- Have an interest to pursue better in the company's competitive mindset to perform better than the required targets
