To learn and become knowledgeable in various aspects HR roles.
To work independently on assigned tasks on completion of training.
To understand processes and systems required for functioning of a company.
Proactively seek opportunities for learning and developing skills for different roles available
Develop a good understanding of HR activities and new HR initiatives.
Learn to manage employee queries and employee records/files
Assist HR operations lead in day to day activities related to HR operations.

Education Requirement :
First class degree in MBA/ PGDM having minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
