Must have dealt training interventions for sales field force approx 150-200 Nos 40-
35-40 k
Disciplined, Patience, Initiative, Creative & must have good analytical skills
To conduct Sales and Product Training of executives
To do induction trainings of all new joiners
To do performance evaluation of field force, identify skill gaps and impart trainings for improving effectiveness/conversions
To design training modules for field force based on the goals of the organisation and performance requirement to achieve goals
To ensure convert non-performer into performer for Sales Team
On Field (Market) training to Sales Team
Min. 03 months working as Sales Team Member
To do field working with sales team for on the job evaluation, training and role plays
To design and run a reward and recongnition system for team motivation
To create future leaders(Training Leaders) who can impart...
