• General customer problem solving, assistance and follow up
• Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
• Handling Reservations & Ticketing (International and Domestic) for air, hotel and train.
Candidate Profile
• At least 3 year in B2B or Corporate client management
• Amadeus knowledge is a must
• Destination Knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Possesses a keen eye for details
• Passionate about quality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong team player
