Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Executive Virtual Assistant proficient in administrative tasks, website management, digital marketing, and social media management.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative support to our clients remotely using digital technology.
Responsibilities :
• Manage and maintain the executive team's calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the executive team.
• Assist with email management and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
• Manage the client’s website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
• Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, , and Instagram.
• Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the executive team and other departments to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in website management, including content management systems (CMS), website analytics, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
