About Company:
Founded in 1+++, Magic Bus works with children and young people living in poverty, in India, taking them from a childhood full of challenges to a life with meaningful livelihoods. We equip children and young people in the age group of 12 to 18, with the skills and knowledge they need to grow up and move out of poverty. Children on the Magic Bus program successfully fend off destabilizers such as child marriage and child labor to complete school and become first-generation salary earners having secure careers in the organized sector. We use games and activities to involve children and young people in the learning process. In the last two decades, we have moved 1 million children and young people out of poverty. Magic Bus is recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of India's best employers among nation builders.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure financial support from the corporates via employee volunteering on a sustainable basis
2 Plan and execute the annual employee engagement plan with various corporate donors
3. Play the role of an effective spokesperson between the Magic Bus and respective donor organizations
4. Custodian of data and analytics with reference to the progress and monitoring of the program
5. Coordinate donor engagement activities
6. Ensure timely submission of donor reports (financial and programmatic)
1. BSW, MSW graduates preferably with an interest to make a career in the development sector
2. Full-time job - Only work from the office
