Atmantan Wellness Centre—India’s award-winning integrated wellness destination—is looking for a Wellness Executive Chef to lead our culinary philosophy with purpose, innovation, and passion.
In this role, food becomes more than nutrition—it becomes therapy. We are seeking a culinary leader who can blend gastronomy, nutrition science, and wellness traditions to create healing, transformative dining experiences for our guests.
Position: Wellness Executive Chef (Head of Culinary Operations)
What You Will Lead
• End-to-end culinary operations across all wellness programs
• Creation of therapeutic, Ayurveda-aligned, and nutrition-driven menus
• Development of seasonal, farm-to-table concepts
• Team training on wellness cuisine and kitchen excellence
• Collaboration with doctors, nutritionists, and wellness specialists
• Ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency
Who We Are Looking For
• A professionally trained chef with strong experience in health, spa, or wellness cuisine
• Deep understanding of nutrition, Ayurveda, detox cuisines, and therapeutic diets
• Proven leadership in managing large kitchen teams
• Passion for clean eating, mindful cooking, and culinary innovation
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary wellness teams
• Someone who sees food as a form of healing
