They are in charge of managing the daily operations of their office, providing administrative support, and coordinating with other departments
Ultimately, they aim to decrease the CEO's workload by handling administrative tasks that would otherwise consume most of their time
This allows the CEO to concentrate on more crucial aspects of their job
Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, meeting minutes, mail, email, phone calls, creating presentations, and other company logistics
Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, meals, and errands for the CEO
Sales back-office support (Proposals, contracts, client coordination)

Job Summary
