As the Executive-HR, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates for various positions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

Job Description Preparation:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.

Ensure job descriptions accurately reflect the skills, qualifications, and experience necessary for each role.

Review and update existing job descriptions as needed.

Sourcing Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Utilize various channels, including vendors, referrals, job portals, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.

Continuously explore innovative sourcing techniques to expand the talent pool.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.

Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within the organization.

Offer Management:

Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation for selected candidates.

Collaborate with the respective Head of Department (HOD) to align on compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.

Conduct salary negotiations when required and ensure timely communication of offers to candidates.

Onboarding and Induction:

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing pre-employment requirements, background checks, and necessary paperwork.

Facilitate the smooth transition of new employees into the organization.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure a comprehensive and engaging induction program.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (additional HR certifications are a plus).

Proven work experience as an HR Executive or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
