ï‚· Candidates must publish all kind of reports at India Level related to business requirements.

ï‚· Logical knowledge at broad level to handle Central MIS & WFM at India Level.
ï‚· Candidate must be command able knowledge of BPO KPI’s.
ï‚· Flexible to work in any shifts or rotational shifts as per requirement.
