Job Description
Position - Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Sales, Hyderabad/Kolkata.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Find & develop qualified leads convert them in to business
2 . Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing .
3.Maintain records of customer details/sales visits / Compliance on all MIS reports/data maintenance and statutory requirements
4. Identify potential customers and register opportunities .
5.Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by co ordinating with operations team and branches
6. Overall business development ( forwarding Air and Sea , trucking , Heavy haulage , CHA , 3PL etc..)
7.Regularly visiting accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams and conducting business review with clients
8 .Maintain records of customer details / sales visits in the Orient.
+ Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Finance Controller. Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time
