Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll and statutory compliances
Experience with payroll processing, Maintain and document all payroll records
On boarding / Joining Formalities & Exit Formalities.
Responsible for preparation of wages & salary sheet, Leave Records, Full & Final Settlements, Arrears, Bonus Calculation, PF, ESI, Gratuity and all other statutory payments. * Preparing payroll check list & developing and maintaining documentation and controls for payroll related activities and procedure serving as main contact all payroll related issues.
Sound knowledge about various acts like Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, PF, Workmen Compensation Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act. Etc.
Maintaining attendance details for all employees to identify LOP deductions & completing necessary Insurance and medical cover formalities.
Processing claims for Medical, and Salary Advances, Bonus, LTA, Soft loan as well as full & final settlements and gratuity of employees on their resignation.
Handling: Timely submission of various returns (ESI, PF & LWF).T ake care of PF withdraws & transfers, Generation of UAN (PF) and TIC (ESIC).

Compensation: As per industry norms. Flexible for the right candidate
